GOAL

The main objective of the Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange is to provide local manufacturing companies with the tools and services that will improve their performance, practices and allow them to access industrial subcontracting markets.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• increase the levels of production, employment and investment in the industrial subcontracting sector;
• improve productivity and competitiveness at the national, sub-regional and international level;
• improve local products, their manufacturing process and the competitiveness of SMEs/SMIs;
• promote import substitution and export of processed products;
• contribute to the redeployment of manufacturing facilities and therefore to the transfer of industrial technology and know-how for the benefit of SMEs/SMIs;
• promote industrial integration within ECCAS and CEMAC;
• develop local content (National preference)…
