GOALS
The main objective of this Supplier Day is to inform and sensitize small and medium-sized enterprises on the opportunities for subcontracting in the projects and structures under the supervision of MINEE.
- This will involve presenting to SMEs the following points:
- Subcontracting opportunities for selected projects;
- Conditions of access to the various markets;
These articulations will end with a B2B session.
The main objective of the workshop will be to:
- An optimization of a collective and/or collaborative relationship between the Large Companies under the supervision of the MINEE and the SMEs members of the SPX;
- Harmonization of the local sub-contracting market of the Large Enterprises under the supervision of MINEE by identifying supply and acquisition opportunities by sectors and sub-sectors of activity in the short term, medium term and long term with the aim of objective of identifying the local offer in terms of technical, human and financial capacities;
- The strengthening of the informative and analytical database of the BSTP in terms of national demand for industrial subcontracting;
- Optimization of supply chain management, one of the fundamental challenges of the principal/subcontractor relationship so that most of the added value of the final product comes from local sources;
- Convergence of MINEE's subcontracting strategies in order to optimize processes and methods on the value chain on the one hand and on the other hand to optimize the competitiveness of SMEs.
EXPECTED RESULTS
The results expected at the end of this workshop are:
- the subcontracting opportunities of the selected projects are available;
- the conditions of access to the subcontracting market of the Large Enterprises under the supervision of MINEE are known;
- a working group led by the BSTP for short-term actions on the integration of SMEs in the project value chain is proposed (e.g. support, investment promotion).
