Three cutting-edge training courses are being organized by the SPX-CMR this January to equip SMEs in several areas and enable them to seize all the opportunities now offered by the subcontracting law.

The Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange of Cameroon is committed to transforming the management of its member SMEs into true leaders. This will begin on January 15, 2026, with the "Leaders' Club" training program.

In partnership with Tech Consulting, the BSTP intends, through this concept, to provide SME managers with a valuable opportunity to share experiences on specific challenges they encounter daily in running their respective businesses. Participants, whose profiles are ideally business owners or executives, will have the opportunity to meet with Executive Coach Tchaha Theophile, a leadership expert and performance accelerator, in a mutually beneficial think tank. The following day, specifically January 16th, the SPX-CMR will once again give its SME/SMI member companies the opportunity to learn everything about the 2026 Finance Law.
