Leaders' club: a new session to transform smes into value machines
The Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange of Cameroon (SPX-CMR) is organizing another session of the "Leaders'Club" on April 15th, aimed at empowering SMEs to become high-value enterprises. SMEs are invited to join this upcoming session.
Under the theme "Putting the customerat the center: transforming the SME into a value machine", participating businesses will gather at the Bano Palace Hotel in Douala on April 15th, 2026. This third edition, organized by the SPX-CMR in collaboration with TEC Consulting, offers SMEs and SMIs a unique platform to discuss the specific daily challenges they face in managing their companies.
The session will begin with a presentation of the theme and objectives, followed by an experience-sharing segment where participants can discuss their hurdles and successes. This will lead into plenary discussions focusing on 2 or 3 concrete case studies. These cases may touch upon strategic vision, business growth, or corporate survival.
Leaders' Club sessions typically conclude with actionable recommendations and a summary of key insights. Participants are also assigned personalized action plans with specific commitments to ensure tangible progress.
